These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Coflux (coflux-ai.com), including our website, application, browser extension, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Coflux ("Coflux," "we," "us").

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of the Service

Coflux is an AI-powered platform that helps founders and solo builders create, refine, schedule, and publish LinkedIn content. Core features include:

  • An "Identity" model that captures your background, story, offers, audience, and voice.
  • AI-generated post content based on your identity, chat conversations, and (where relevant) real-time web search.
  • A Knowledge Base and memory system that improve personalization over time.
  • Post scheduling and direct publishing to LinkedIn via your connected LinkedIn account.
  • A browser extension for saving LinkedIn post templates.

We may add, modify, or remove features at any time.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. To use LinkedIn-connected features, you must have a valid LinkedIn account in good standing and comply with LinkedIn's own User Agreement and policies.

3. Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
  • You must provide accurate information during signup and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the persona, identity, and content information you provide, as this directly shapes what the AI generates on your behalf.
  • Notify us immediately at support@coflux-ai.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription Plans, Credits & Billing

4.1 Plans

Coflux offers multiple plans (e.g. Free, Pro, Growth) with different daily generation limits, feature access (templates, scheduling, regeneration, bulk generation, analytics), and monthly credit allowances. Current plan details are available on our pricing page.

4.2 Credits

  • Each AI generation action (post generation, regeneration, content plan) consumes credits from your account balance.
  • Credits are allocated monthly based on your plan and may be topped up separately.
  • Unused credits roll over up to a plan-defined cap; they do not roll over indefinitely or transfer between accounts.
  • Top-up credits do not expire; monthly plan credits may expire at the end of each billing cycle, as described on our pricing page.

4.3 Payment

  • Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider, Dodo Payments. By subscribing, you agree to their applicable terms as well.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated otherwise, or at our discretion.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable advance notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

4.4 Downgrades & Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • Downgrading your plan may restrict access to features (e.g. scheduling, bulk generation) and may reduce your monthly credit allowance and rollover cap going forward.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate or publish content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or infringes on the rights of others.
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
  • Generate spam, or content designed to manipulate LinkedIn's engagement systems in violation of LinkedIn's policies.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service or its underlying AI models.
  • Use the Service in any way that violates LinkedIn's User Agreement or Professional Community Policies — you are solely responsible for ensuring content published through Coflux complies with LinkedIn's rules.
  • Upload content to the Knowledge Base or chat that you do not have the right to use.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

  • Content generated by Coflux is produced with the assistance of third-party AI models (currently via Groq) and, where relevant, real-time web search (via Tavily).
  • AI-generated content may contain factual inaccuracies, outdated information, or errors, especially for time-sensitive topics. Web search grounding reduces but does not eliminate this risk.
  • You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all content before it is scheduled or published. Content is published to LinkedIn only at your explicit direction (via manual publish or scheduling).
  • We do not guarantee that generated content will achieve any particular engagement, reach, or business outcome.

7. Your Content & Ownership

  • You retain ownership of the persona/identity information, chat messages, and final post content you create using the Service.
  • You grant us a limited license to process, store, and use this content solely to provide and improve the Service (e.g. generating your posts, powering memory and Knowledge Base features).
  • We do not claim ownership over your generated posts, and we do not use your identity data or content to train models for the benefit of other customers.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on and integrates with third-party platforms, including LinkedIn, Groq, Cohere, Tavily, and Dodo Payments. We are not responsible for:

  • Outages, rate limits, or changes to LinkedIn's API or policies that affect posting or scheduling.
  • Any action LinkedIn takes against your account as a result of content published through Coflux.
  • Downtime or errors originating from our AI or search providers.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of known disruptions but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to third-party integrations.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service itself — including its software, design, branding, and underlying technology — is owned by Coflux and protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights to our trademarks, logos, or proprietary technology beyond what's needed to use the Service as intended.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if you:

  • Violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use policy.
  • Fail to pay applicable fees.
  • Engage in activity that poses a security or legal risk to us or other users.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will survive.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI-GENERATED CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COFLUX AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE — INCLUDING ANY CONSEQUENCES RESULTING FROM CONTENT PUBLISHED TO LINKEDIN THROUGH THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Coflux and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or content you publish through the Service.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of India, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
